| The 34,000 square foot Exhibition Hall, Seattle Center's largest flat floor venue, hosts a variety of trade and consumer shows each year and is a popular site for benefit auctions and corporate holiday parties. It is also a flexible choice for festival style concert events. Centrally located on Mercer Street next to Seattle Center's well-known theatres, the Exhibition Hall has a 1,200-space parking garage directly across the street and a private lobby with box office, show office, and coat/storage room. Concession services and catering services are available, and the restaurants, shops and hotels of the Lower Queen Anne neighborhood are just steps away. | Seattle Center's meeting and exhibit facilities are served by an exciting variety of approved caterers. These caterers provide services in all Seattle Center rental facilities other than KeyArena and McCaw Hall. Click here for the current list of caterers. You are free to choose any caterer from this list; just contact the caterer of your choice directly to discuss your menu and pricing options. Your caterer will supply all linens, glassware, silverware, china, etc. Tables, chairs and white tablecloths are available from Seattle Center.

$3,750 per day
(½ price for the first 2 move-in and last 2 move-out days) Rent includes:
- use of facility between 6:00am and Midnight each day
- up to 800 chairs, including setup
- up to 5 registration tables (8½x30½)with tablecloths
- built in sound system and up to 8 wired microphones
- lectern
- projection table
- 4 parking permits per day
- 2-sided lighted readerboard at street entrance
- facility cleaning and restroom servicing
- utilities
- dedicated Event Service Representative to coordinate Seattle Center services
- Customer Service center staffed 7 days a week, 7am-9pm
- Event promotion on Seattle Center website and campus-wide kiosks
Additional expenses apply for:
- Admissions staffing (ushers, ticket takers, guards) ½ minimum of 1 guard required for all rentals during all hours of use; additional staffing depends on event parameters
- Stage labor and equipment
- Sound labor and equipment not included above
- Forklift services
- Electrical services
- Tables and tablecloths not included above
- Additional parking permits not included above
- Catering by an approved Seattle Center caterer
- Phone/Internet connections by Seattle Center's vendor, CCPI
- Other requirements depending on event parameters
- Fees also apply for sale of any Event merchandise (except for merchandise sold by vendors at an exhibit show)
