Pacific Northwest Ballet is widely recognized as one of the top ballet companies in the country. Under the artistic direction of Peter Boal, the company performs a wide variety of classical and contemporary ballets in Seattle and on national and international tours. Its annual production of Nutcracker is a favorite Northwest holiday tradition. Pacific Northwest Ballet presented its debut production in the new Marion Oliver McCaw Hall in September, 2003.
