1. ELIGIBILITY: - The sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of Oregon and Washington, 18 years of age and older as of the date of entry. The following persons and their dependents are not eligible to enter or win: employees of AEG, KeyArena, KISS and members of household of each of the above.

2. Section 2 - 2. HOW TO ENTER - The sweepstakes will commence on November 4, 2009 and end on November 11, 2009 at 12 noon. (PST). There are two ways to enter: either (i) send an email to KeyArenaPromo@AEGWorldWidecom with image attached, or (ii) send the image with a 3” x 5” postcard, postage prepaid, printed with your complete name, street address, city, state, zip code, day and evening telephone numbers and date of birth, and mail it to: KISS Sweepstakes c/o AEG, KeyArena, 312 1st Ave, Suite 201, Seattle, WA 98109.

3. Section 3 - 3. HOW TO WIN - One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries. To qualify, entries must be received by 12 noon p.m. (PST) on November 11, 2009 for the drawing. One (1) winner will be drawn on or about November 11, 2009. Sponsors reserve the right to delay the prize drawing. Winner will be notified via e-mail and/or telephone. Winner must respond to e-mail or voicemail notification within 24 hours, or he/she will forfeit the prize. If a prize is not claimed within the time limit, an alternate winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. Winner and any guests may be required to execute and return, prior and as a condition to receiving the Grand Prize, an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, except where prohibited by law, a publicity release. Failure to comply with these rules will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash, and no substitutions are allowed (except by Sponsor due to prize unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted). Odds of winning the prize depend on the number of timely and eligible entries received for the drawing. If (i) any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, (ii) the winner declines his or her prize, or (iii) the winner or the winner’s guest (if applicable) fails to return the affidavit of eligibility and liability release within the timeframe stated, it will result in disqualification of such winner and an alternate winner may be selected by random at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor will use reasonable efforts to pick an alternate winner but in the event an alternate winner cannot be determined, the prize will go unawarded. All applicable local, state and federal taxes, if any, and any and all expenses not specified in these Official Rules are the sole responsibility of and will be paid for by winner

4. Section 4 - 4. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZE(S) - One (1) Grand Prize: Grand Prize winner will win the 2 tickets to KISS at KeyArena in Seattle, Washington. Approximate retail value of prizes is $36.

5. Section 5 - 5. ADDITIONAL TERMS - All entries become the property of Sponsors and will not be returned to the entrants.

6. Section 6 - 6. WINNERS’ LIST - A list of winners can be obtained by writing the KeyArena, c/o 2009 KISS Sweepstakes, 312 1st Ave, Suite 201, Seattle, WA 98109 after November 11, 2009.

7. Section 7 - 7. PUBLICITY - The winner acknowledges and agrees that as a condition of winning, if legally permissible, Sponsors have the right to publicize his/her name, likeness, city and state of residence, and fact that he/she won the sweepstakes, and all matters incidental thereto, without further compensation, authorization or remuneration.

8. Section 8 - 8. LIABILITY - By accepting a prize, winner agrees that neither Sponsors nor any of their respective parents, subsidiaries or affiliates nor the agents, employees, directors or officers of any of the above entities, will have any liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind incurred in connection with or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize, or while traveling to, preparing for and/or participating in this promotion or any prize-related activity. The decision of Sponsors will be final in all matters pertaining to the sweepstakes. Sponsors reserve the right to correct any and all printing, typographical or mechanical errors. All federal, state and local laws apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
