Seattle Center hosts the Summer edition of Workout Wednesdays, June 18 - August 20, 2025.  Join us each Wednesday for Gentle Yoga at 5:30pm and Zumba® class at 6:30pm.  All classes are held outdoors at Seattle Center, are free, and taught by certified instructors.

Gentle Yoga

Wednesdays, 5:30 - 6:30pm South Ex Hall Lawn | This class is for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Utilize vinyasa style flows to cultivate space, physically and mentally, while easing into the body to release tension throughout. You’ll flow through a series of postures allowing the breath to guide you, offering time to rest, reassure, and retry various postures. A perfect way to begin to find the connection of the body to the mind. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel. Instructor: Iza Narag.

Zumba® Class

Wednesdays, 6:30 - 7:30pm Artists at Play Plaza | Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba® is all about the energy, the music, and having fun while doing something good for your body. Come join us for an adventurous journey around the world through exhilarating Latin music, World Rhythms, West African, belly dance, dancehall, pop, classic rock, you name it. The result – a workout full of high-energy, easy-to-follow choreography, and FUN It will get your heart pumping, get you sweaty, and put a big smile on your face. Everyone is welcome. No dance experience is required. Please bring plenty of water and wear comfortable sneakers. Instructor: Bonnie Wang.
