Welcome to Seattle Center
International Children’s Friendship Festival (ICFF) returns for its 16th year, bringing a vibrant celebration of culture, creativity, and unity to Seattle on April 5-6: 11am-6pm in the Fisher Pavilion.
ICFF is the largest children’s festival in the Pacific Northwest, where children take center stage as both organizers and performers. The festival is proudly organized by the ICFF committee of the Turkish American Cultural Association of Washington (TACAWA).
