Explore and share your ideas through two interactive art installations at Seattle Center. Artists Jacoby Hinton and Alexandra Nason will guide visitors through each experience to gather community feedback about the Uptown neighborhood.
The Seattle Office of Planning and Community Development is hosting this event as part of the Regional Centers Planning process. We want to learn how you experience Uptown today and how the neighborhood can improve in the future. Your feedback will help shape upcoming Regional Center Plans, including investments in housing, open space, and capital improvements. The policies and actions developed through these plans will guide programs across many City departments.

Meet the Artist Hosts
As multidisciplinary artists and collaborators, we create immersive public art experiences that invite people to become active participants in shaping the places they inhabit. Our work brings together public art, fabrication, storytelling, and community engagement to transform shared spaces into opportunities for connection, reflection, and dialogue.
Together, we bring complementary strengths. Jacoby Hinton is an artist and fabricator specializing in woodworking, sculpture, painting, and installation, driven by a curiosity about how people experience and interact with art. Alexandra Nason designs and leads community-engaged public art projects that amplify local voices and foster meaningful participation. Most recently, we designed and built Unity Net, a large-scale interactive installation for Amazon in South Lake Union to celebrate the FIFA World Cup, where hundreds of participants contributed messages of hope and resilience through a collaborative activation.
