Wednesday evenings, 5:30 - 6:30pm at Exhibition Hall Lawn.
This class is for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Utilize vinyasa style flows to cultivate space, physically and mentally, while easing into the body to release tension throughout. You’ll flow through a series of postures allowing the breath to guide you, offering time to rest, reassure, and retry various postures. A perfect way to begin to find the connection of the body to the mind. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
