YOGA
Wednesday evenings, 7:30 - 8:30pm in the Armory Lofts.
This class is for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Utilize vinyasa style flows to cultivate space, physically and mentally, while easing into the body to release tension throughout. You’ll flow through a series of postures allowing the breath to guide you, offering time to rest, reassure, and retry various postures. A perfect way to begin to find the connection of the body to the mind. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel.
With instructors Rachel Johnson and Charlotte Lapp.

Come early for our Zumba class at 6pm.
