Delight in viewing a late 19th-century model train and village display, installed inside the Armory Food & Event Hall. This annual tradition has been on display for nearly 45 years!
The train operates 10am to 6pm daily from November 29th through December 31st.
(Closes at 4pm on Dec 24; closed Dec 25)

Members of the public can take a turn controlling the model train between 10:30 AM-12:00 PM, 1:00 PM-2:30 PM and 3:30-5:30 PM daily. $2 suggested donation.

Or, interact by participating in our Winterfest Train Scavenger Hunt, sponsored by Symetra. Pick up your entry sheet at the Train Station, and see how many clues you can spot. We'll give away weekly prizes, and one grand prize, drawn at random from all submissions. More info.

Accessibility: Audio Description is available for the Winter Train & Village. Visit the listening kiosk attached to the King Street station structure, or access a QR code to listen to an audio file describing the display. QR code is posted on signage around the display. Signage includes braille. For assistance with audio description, guests can ask the yard boss. Transcripts in accessible and large-font print are also available from the yard boss.
