Ceres Roasting

From its inception in 2008, Ceres Roasting Company has been small-batch roasting gourmet cinnamon glazed almonds and pecans at various locations in Seattle. Each batch is roasted to perfection in copper kettles using a simple, all natural recipe, done in full view of the captivated public.

 You will find these cinnamon glazed nuts in addition to an enticing selection of coffee, espresso beverages and more inside the Armory / Center House. All coffee beverages are made from fair trade coffee beans roasted locally in Seattle.

Ceres Roasting Company operates seven locations in the greater Seattle area including CenturyLink Field. These distinctive glazed nuts have become a must have favorite of Seattle Storm, Seattle Sounders FC and Seattle Seahawks fans alike. In addition, Ceres roasted nuts are sold at over 50 festivals and farmer’s markets each year and shipped nationally fulfilling orders placed on their website.
