Skillet Counter

Skillet Counter makes great food prepared with care, technique, and the best ingredients. The menu offers signature Skillet items like the burger with bacon jam, pork belly and cornmeal waffle, fried chicken sammy. We have a special menu for the kiddos with items like waffle with whipped cream and grilled pb&j. We carry spirits, draft beer, keg wine and sweets to round things out.

The Counter was built with locally sourced materials, including reclaimed wood from Port Townsend. Custom, one-of-kind details were developed by local carpenters to maintain the unique Skillet feel, while at the same time giving the counter an identity all its own.
