Seattle Center honored former Seattle SuperSonics coach Lenny Wilkens with a proclamation presented by Seattle Mayor Bruce Harrell declaring October 3rd “Lenny Wilkens Day at Seattle Center”.
Surrounded by former SuperSonics, community leaders, executives, and family, Coach Wilkens accepted a commemorative plaque from Seattle Center Director, Robert Nellams, along with a piece of artwork from Trinity Oliver, a senior guard on the University of Washington women’s basketball team.
